Once your order is placed please allow 1 to 2 business days for it to be processed. We have multiple shipping warehouses and in most cases you will see your item in less than 3-5 business days after your order has processed. In the event of a back order or delay you will be notified immediately. If you are ordering for in store pickup your item will be available same day in some cases if not 3-5 business days.
We ask that you do your best and double check your order before placing it. We DO NOT offer refunds only exchanges, exclusions apply. If an incorrect item was sent you will be sent out a return shipping label along with a return authorization number. Call 513-205-2829 or email email@example.com
In the event of a defective product all manufacturer warranties will be taken up directly with the manufacturer. ABSOLUTELY No returns or exchanges on items marked CLOSEOUT or special order items. We offer exchanges for the correct item in the event you accidentally ordered the wrong size or color apparel and have the right to charge a 10 percent restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping for an exchange. If an apparel item is ordered and the sizing does not fit we will allow 1 reorder for no restocking fee. After that there is a 10 percent restocking fee.
